To receive automatic updates, it is now necessary to have an active support period and to register or activate your item. After activation, navigate to Dashboard > Updates and click the “Check again” button. A new automatic update will be available for you. Please note, after activating the item, it may take up to 12 hours to receive the first update once your purchase code is whitelisted. After that, you will be able to receive updates without any issues.
